My CV
I’ve translated a variety of texts in e-commerce, marketing, journalism and the entertainment industry. The range of work varies from short texts on social media to feature film subtitles to interviews on news.
Japan Visualmedia Translation Academy (JVTA) is where I learned subtitling from scratch. I translate both Japanese to English and English to Japanese for films, documentaries, series and corporate materials. In addition to online streaming platforms and movie theaters, my work was shown at film festivals such as Short Shorts Film Festival & Asia, Rainbow Reel Tokyo and Japan Media Arts Festival.
I’m based in Berlin, but available to travel for longer consulting engagements.
